Unfortunately, EC has limited many people here from doing things especially when it comes to speaking to others for extended periods of time. So, I would not expect you to do as much as you want although I still hope you can.

I do not like guys to see me apply anything to my lips. I guess because guys have made kissing comments if I applied lipstick or chapstick on my lips in public. But, I do not think girls usually make comments like that to guys. And I do not think guys would make kissing comments to guys...I mean strangers. It did not make sense that you could not apply moisturizer as much at school, but you say all you need to do is pull it out of your pocket and rub it on. So, everything should be fine.
