Sorry to interfere again...my two cents is again infections...have you've been tested for SIBO?
Chronic Bacterial overgrowth are often linked with tyroid problems and AF if you don't have candida or parasites. If is not in your gut is somewhere else but gut is the main source

One stool test means nothing really...it took me three years of testing as I told before...
I encourage you to:
- first watch your diet more seriously not proper diet or digestion could make your body way too toxic. I would try gluten starch free
- take some enzymes to help digestion especially carbs and proteins
- continuu testing for bugs
If emergency room can help so be it like that...

bacterial overgrowth could be as nasty as candida...I've had systemic HPilory and Strep and believe me sounds exactly like you...not saying you have it. They can do a lot of damage...they can mess your brain big time

If you can try some clean acidophilus and virgin coconut oil small amount but first clean your diet...
