It can make you feel like giving up.....but don't. You have to take charge of your own health. Those ribbon looking things are something I have never seen, it does not mean they are not some unidentified form of parasite.....the little square pieces are something I have seen in the past......looks like skin or potatoe skin, only I didn't eat potatoes. Never figured out what they were. Are you cleansing?
