I personally like to use providone Iodine for on my skin. It is mild and I believe it kind of releases its Iodine slowly over time. It is inexpensive and cleans up easily with just water. No stained clothes, bathroom, or skin. the light orange color wipes right off with a wet cloth. I can put it on my face and then wipe it off later right before I go out the door and there is no trace of where it was. I save my Lugol's for internal supplementation. Tweet
