There are several forms of iron; to eat a cow is consuming "used iron", to consume a pill is to consume "metal iron". These both reduce lifespan.

The cow ate plants to get its iron and this is what we must do.

The problem with iron most likely from having way too much of the wrong iron and this is why maybe 1 in 8 are sick based on iron??????????????? Maybe why 1 in 8 can be violent at times?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

"IF" we ate "ONLY" raw fresh picked fruits my guess whould be none of us would have an iron issue, but since that is not going to happen; the herbs come to the rescue.

Herbs being supplements to the poor diet.

Ideally plenty of plant based minerals are consumed via Maple Syrup or sorghum molasses and then as an aid the herbs known to aid in the balancing of iron are used. Yellow Dock is the king of such herbs and the horse tail most likely is also very important in that it aids in the balance of aluminum.

All humans are dieing from having too much natural aluminum and big brother knows this very well; so to help us all along to the box he makes sure we get lots of aluminum in our foods/drinks and then for good measure sprays us with it daily. The very few (less than 30)who have dared to read what I made as BOOK II learns maybe more than they wished to ever know!!!!!! I personally use to trap varmits on the farm as a kid, the smart varmits avoided the traps that killed them, while the educated/smart varmits knew to avoid the smell of metal (trap)and smell of human scents, etc. To me BOOK II is education to make people aware of a few of the traps, with out education we stumble around in the dark until we become a satistic.
