Sure, it is simple really. All psychic phenomena is really just awareness from deeper parts of one's being spilling over to the conscious mind. These parts of Man are natural and are always at work.

And about creating the Garden, as you call it, It is not just the psychic faculties that will help reach this. At man's core essence, he is one with God, in fact he Is God, just as your little toe is You. Individuated, yes. Separated, no. All great prophets, mystics, and philosophers has taught this for ages. "I and the Father are one" etc. Now modern physics is also demonstrating this truth. Thus, because of man's divine heritage, he is in fact a creator and has command over his creation.

Perhaps you've heard of the placebo effect. In no uncertain terms, this is man's divine power at work behind this scientific conundrum. By belief alone he is shifting reality. Have you ever seen a hypnotist live on stage, making people do the impossible like stiffen their bodies as hard as boards or loose like rubber? This is the power of the subconscious mind and belief.

But it's not just the subconscious mind. It is an aspect of ones being that exists on the causal level beneathe physical reality. This is the level the Archons plague us, shutting down our faculty. But it can be awakened. It can be accessed consciously through deep theta and delta brainstates.

Remember the saying from a miracle worker "all these things and more shall you do." It turns out to be true, and literal. Many remember how Moses parted the Red sea, and talk about it to this day. Well, really, water is the easiest to command because it is conscious, our bodies are made of it. I once made millions of gallons of water instantly dissappear with the power of my Word alone. Indeed the true meaning of 'the Word' is any vocalised command coming from the quantum level of your being. It is not just a thought and not just a word, it is spoken by your etheric body -a word voiced not of air but of pure energy- straight into the substratum; the Aether, and physical reality must obey. This seems pretty powerful, but I will hand it out to Moses that there was no one else observing when I did this. The observer affects the observed, and it takes more cosmic muscle to alter reality in front of disbelievers, because their minds are powerfully holding together their limited worldview. To do such a feat in front of a crowd is quite a miracle indeed.

So yes, by all means access your divine birthright for all that is good and true and loving.
