I don't believe that, but everyone has their opinion. They don't resemble roundworms in the slightest way...

Those worms inside the mucous sac look like over grown borrelia to me, and move similar to them. Borrelia are supposed to be spiral shaped though. These actually look like overgrown baccilli to me too.
