Re: Past psychological fear of water fasting
No disrespect intended, but I really do not feel this post adequately or accurately addressed the OPs concern, and should not be a double R. But at least those reading this will get a chance to also read my input.
The symptoms the OP experienced were undoubtedly from loss of blood flow to the brain due to blood
Sugar irregularity. Most likely he/she has lived many years with hypoglycemia without knowing it. In this case, embarking on a drastic change to blood
Sugar levels is not a good idea. This has nothing to do with fear or subconscious pychosomatic manifestations.
The solution is to gradually repair the blood
Sugar abnormalities via omega 3 loading to replace the hydrogenated oils in your cells which block blood sugar from being metabolized,
Liver Flushing to repair glycogenesis, eliminating foods that spike the blood sugar, and occasionally skipping a meal or 2.
If anyone ever experiences what OP did, kneel down immediately to get blood back in your brain. Get out of bed or stand up *slowly* so all the blood doesn't rush out of your head.
The answer to resolving fear is *knowledge*, not being slapped on the wrist and told to stay away from fasting until you eliminate all those eeeevil fears.
