This is my 1st time posting...hope I am doing it right. I also sometimes wake to weird lumps and thick dry spots on my scalp. Actually, when I 1st wake up, the back of my hair is like matted somewhat. When I touch the back my scalp, which is very sore, it is a wet, sticky clear liquid on my fingers which almost immediately disappears and is no longer sticky. It feels like there is a cut on my scalp. My friend who does hair looked at it, and she said it looked like an incision of some sort. It happens sometimes a couple times a month. I also have a small scoop mark on my forehead right on the hairline. My husband also has a scoop mark which has become quite deep. When he 1st noticed it was when we were visiting Florida about 15 or so years ago. He woke up with it. It wasn't bleeding or anything...looked "healed" already...just a small hole. But, after all of these years it has become so deep, especially since me moved to Florida 7 years ago. It's crazy. People actually ask him about "the hole in his forehead". I also feel like I am supposed to be apart of some kind of important mission, but then again, I always thought everyone felt this way. Tweet
