"It facilitates the transformation of human DNA from carbon-based (3rd dimensional with 2 active strands) to silicon (crystalline)-based (4th and 5th dimensional with multiple active strands). As our frequencies increase, our need for magnesium does also. Magnesium, the unsung hero, may yet take center stage."
-yes, this is where we are going, 3 dimentionals. But I take no calcium with magnesium, as in most supplements it is in the wrong form, as calcium carbonate. This would inhibit the uptake of magnesium, calcification is a problem, also for kidney / stones. The only times I have pain in the kidney area is after drinking milk (happen rarely as I know the result), or eating too much pasteurized cheese.
Magnesium / borax takes care of it.
