Hair testing - circulating or excreted mineral values?

Hi all,

I really want to clarify what the hair test results mean and tell us.

Are the results of body excreted minerals/metals OR circulating levels of minerals/metals?

Depending on which it is depends on how to read the results.

If anyone can share any info they have on this i'd really appreciate it! :-)
