Re: Silverfox re: dog

Hello Hanna,

So sorry to hear about your dog.

We have had a lot of success with dogs and other animals by targeting 0.5 mg chlorite per kg body weight.

1 ml of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in 1 liter of water gives you 224 mg chlorite so you will need to work down from there.

Your dog weighs 50 pounds. If we round up that is about 23 kg. To get to 0.5 mg per kg body weight you would need a concentration of 11.5 mg chlorite in your solution.

In 3.8 liters of water (1 US gallon) that would work out to 0.2 ml of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . That is about 3.6 drops. It is more accurate to use a 1 ml syringe than to work with drops.

After you add the sodium chlorite to the water you can activate it by reducing the pH of the solution to about 5. If you want to try 50% citric acid to do this you would add close to 1/4 drop to start with then measure the pH to see where you are at. If you use distilled water no additional acid is needed and all you need to do is to let it sit for 24 hours.

The final thing is to add 1/8 teaspoon of non processed salt to the gallon of solution.

Keep this solution at room temperature and out of light. Pour into the dogs water dish as needed and your dog should have no problems with the taste.

Tom
