That is exactly the point I am making, the arl programs are properly balanced. The ones this practitioner is making are severely unbalanced. People are saying I took too much potassium, that is the amount i was advised to take, I was taking twice the amount under arl with no problems. Even if I had of reduced the amount it would have made no difference, it just would have taken a few more days for the problems to occur.
