Re: Potassium without B1

Wow, that is a lot. I have always found that less is more. I think that is a high dose when you are in four lows, if I am right? I've always been told it's imperative to work on the CA/MAG levels/ratios first if you are in four lows before dabbling with the NA/K levels and ratios. This way it puts your adrenals to rest and then once the CA/MG levels and ratios are up your body is ready even naturally if necessary to work on the NA/K Levels. Perhaps since you are in the four lows the potassium was not what you needed. I am finding a low dose of potassium supplementation no more than 99mg a day has done me wonders, although it is only part of the piece. For me I am also taking other supplements that I think are helping my symptoms. But, if I had tried to add in potassium and some of the other supplements that are working on my NA/K ratio four months ago and when I did try it wreaked absolute havoc on my system - my body just couldn't tolerate them when my Mag and Cal levels were low too.
I am glad you are finding a better balance and are feeling better that's the most important piece. Wishing you continued rest and healing :)
