Re: Sun/Age spots *Edited*

Oregano Oil! This is strange you posted this, because I have been playing with the oregano oil on my face for about one week.

I had been reading that oregano oil removes pre-cancerous cells on the skin. So, I applied some, full strength on my age spots on my face. My face got really red, and burned and my eyes were watering something fierce. I left it on for as long as I could stand it. Then I applied some Neem Oil, and the redness went away fairly quickly.

Then the brown spots got very hard and dry looking. This lasted for about 3 days. They were leathery, and it scared me that I had totally messed up my face.

Well, last night, I was rubbing the side of my face, and all the brown spots were rubbing off. I kid you not. I've had these spots on my face for years. I'm about to turn 50, and I was determined to get rid of them.

They are not all gone, but I'd say they are about 80% reduced. Next time, I'll mix the Oregano with some other oil, because I think full strength is too harsh. I heard that peanut oil is good to mix it with.

Anyway, I'm thinking about trying this on my arms too. This is all self experiment at this point, but I thought I'd pass this onto you!

*Edited* OK, this is what I am trying...On one arm I mixed it with castor oil. On the other arm I mixed it with Willards Water....I'm doing an arm by arm comparison! I'm my own science experiment LOL!

Peace, Molly
