I don't think they will fight you on it...it's your body after all. I just made an appt with Planned Parenthood, voiced my concern about ridiculously high levels of anxiety, and also mentioned that I had hormonal issues on another bc pill years before. It was no problem whatsoever to get an appt for removal. I am scheduled for this Monday pm. I want this thing out.

I've only had mine in for 2 months. Had a lot of stomach issues, crazy long periods, some Acne and a few boils that may or may not be related. And then some life events occurred which, although tough to deal with, I should be coping way better than I am now. My ocd symptoms that I have dealt with in patches has returned in full force. I'm sure there are multiple factors involved, but if I feel Mirena is contributing, Out it goes!
