Need Advice- dead arteries, veins and lower right liver lobe

I fell early morning on Saturday face first just flat on the floor- more to the right. The pain was excruciating. Finally went to the ER as I was I had injured my recent surgery. (Yes, I'm aware of how most on this board feel about that but please leave it out of the conversation. Thank you)

After ct scan and X-rays they found bruised R side ribs and dead veins and arteries going to my lower R liver lobe that was dead also.

This had to have happened in the past six months or less.

I started swelling in my abdomen and gained 30 lbs in less than 3 months for no reason at all.

Then we discovered the lice issue and I was drinking essential oils and expelled 2 at least 8 inch worms. I was also passing all type and manner of parasites and worms. This must be my problem I thought, along with not being able to pass waste without smooth move teas and high enemas with OCO.

I passed hundreds of liver flukes, yellow objects from my liver ducts alo g with orange tubular greasy like material from my liver.

I also continued to pass worms and parasites.

I did a Paragon cleanse.

Meanwhile I am feeling more sick by the day. I swore to my dr and parents I must have ovarian cancer and was dying... Dying from something.

I need to point out that all my medical tests showed a healthy liver early this year.

Also, I stopped taking Cymbalta prior to my liver dumping all this garbage out. I did the Paragon a month or two after that because the worms and parasites had migrated to my skin.

I ate mainly a green smoothie diet.

I am certain I am cleansed in my intestines.

My R lower liver lobe is in unbelievable pain. Is it clogged? Now that I can easily pass waste would that help? Can I help regenerate that part of my liver? If not, what cleanse is the 'easiest' in terms of nausea? Would a box of Liver Cleanse by Renew Life?

I also think my kidneys need to be cleansed.

As for now my liver is so bruised and swollen I can barely take the pain.

And yes, obviously I am now off Cymbalta.

I did read through the archives but found nothing that was like my situation.
