I don't eat enough protein. I've started using brown rice protein powder just to get some into my body. I don't especially like meat, except fried, which is very unhealthy. I do love nuts, but they are so expensive, I can barely afford to buy them over once a month or so. I can't eat soy because I once had a breast tumor.
I'm also under a lot of stress, so can't stop taking my B vits. I'm just so tired all the time, and I work full time so it's very disabling.
