I guess I can go ahead and share a few. Not having a sleep aid which prevented me from getting any sort of decent sleep for 7 months. The sleep aid would have quieted and slowed the parasites movements during the night. The stupidest thing I did was resort to using a car battery charger to kill the flukes in the liver. While I did kill ~25 flukes the ones I didn't kill invaded my lymphatic system and worked their way towards my head and neck. Crushing garlic cloves and putting them inside an enema caused them to rapidly scatter in my abdomen. Rupturing my gallbladder and invading other organs in the process. It's much safer and wiser to investigate a sleep aid and focus one's resources and a treatment that has been shown to work for someone else or has a good chance at getting results.
