How do I know when my detox is over?

I've consumed over 90 grams of Borax over the last 3 months, along with probably about 15-20 g of Potassium Iodide...

The calcium depletion from Iodine seems to have come to a stop... so I'm guessing most of the Fluoride is gone...

But how do I know when the Bromide is all out?

Current symptoms:
-no energy
-some muscle aches, not really though
-depression
-irritability

Dose of Iodine is at 250 mg per day.
Sea salt 2 teaspoons per day.
