Well, I'm sleeping better than ever on 150 mg iodine/day and I only started a few months ago.
Some things I do that I think help with sleep: get vigorous exercise during the day (yoga/walking), take Soloray magnesium glycinate 400 mg/day in divided doses of two capsules each, the second dose taken shortly before bed along with a cup of Tulsi tea with chamomile into which i stir a tablespoon of unflavored Great Lakes gelatin. I also take another dose of gelatin earlier in the day, in juice along with chia seeds. The amino acids in the gelatin are very conducive to sleep, and of course the chamomile is
also. Oh, and I put magnesium oil on my feet at bedtime. Hope this helps!
