Applied kinesiology may be another option? You should be able to find a kinesiologist in the UK.

I was reading a long thread at MedHelp yesterday about problems with titanium implants. Several posters reported they were doing great after replacing theirs with zirconium. I may be getting implants myself, if so, I'll go with them.
