Re: How do you know when you're Candida is clearing up?!

Thank you for your help!! Do you think I could have formed an allergy to Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and Tumeric? For whatever reason (not die-off related, I had that and it was terrible!!!!) when I take Tumeric and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract now, I become instantly sick to my stomach and short of breath. This happens within 5-10 minutes of taking them. I have tried spacing them out so they aren't taken together. I have tried all sorts of stuff, but do you happen to know or have any input as to why they're making me sick now?
