Re: Water fasting/supplements

My apologies for the delay in my reply zedanrashwan. So how do you keep the weight off after the fast that you lost during it?
Very simple really: change the way you eat and what you eat: I don't mean a diet per-se, as we all should know that all diets work but fail in the end, unless we change the way we eat. My best advice is to eat in such a way that you can eat as much as you like, and still lose weight or achieve your ideal weight; this is known as the "Nutritarian" way of eating, or a low calorie but nutrient-dense way of eating.
The reason that obesity is now a pandemic, and DE CLAREd now as a "disease" in the United States, is because too many people follow the SAD (Standard American Diet) of "foodless foods".
The body is only satisfied and hunger kept at bay if it is satisfied "nutritionally", so if you eat foods that are low in nutrition, the body still signals that it is hungry, and so you eat more.
So if you satisfy the body nutritionally, this will curb appetite/hunger and so you eat less. Read the testimonials and the other links here and you will see what I mean...........
