dr. john r. christopher was more right about human health than most famous doctors ever were, but he was wrong about a couple of subjects of which is acid verses alkalinity............sadly dr. john believed in acid like many of the great medical doctors of his time period did.........and because of this, he consumed apple cider vinegar as a method to maintain his acid.............

apple cider vinegar raw is just fermented fruit juice, it provides minerals from the apple tree.................book i author who studied and wrote the books on alkalinity as a pioneer who changed this world more than any other doctor...was against the use of apple cider vinegar because of the acid affects in the stomach..........

dr. christopher highly believed it was ok as long as it was the real vinegar and not the commercial garbage.

"i" believe apple cider vinegar is fine, "if" you are a meat eater with the acid stomach, the ulcered intestines; aka the normal adult human. after a large meal of mixed food a 1 oz shot of raw real vinegar is great......to kill bacteria and satisfy the upset stomach............

otherwise it needs to be taken as very small doses "or" do this; chew it in your mouth for 60 chews, this will make it alkaline and suitable for the stomach.

women who get their infections; it makes 1 ponder why they choose acids as their cures...when the acid diet was the cause......................i can only assume the acids makes them "feel" better and explains why so many have reoccuring infections....

stomach acid is what ages / kills humans...........our stomach is our most abused organ by far and the most mis-understood of all as well.
