when I was caught in a city away from home with a bladder infection, I bought d-mannose. I had relief within a day. You can get it in freeform powder or in capsules. Take it every hour and do not eat candy or anything with refined sugar. There should be directions on the bottle. I got mine at amazon.com with amazon prime, so it got to me quickly. I think you could find it at a health food store. Nothing in the world has worked like it did for me. Good luck.
