I'm guessing that I used to be high histamine. Or that I am occasionally still. If you know of any tests, that would be great.
I don't think I'm high histamine now, generally. And I'm thinking that's because I've been eating a diet that promotes methylation. In any case, foods that are good for methylation seem to improve my health.
The one "test" that really seemed to confirm my histamine levels was getting hives when attempting niacin flushing. I got hives bad. So maybe I should go intensely with the methylation diet for a week and then try a niacin flush.
