Taking Clarkia while using Levothyroxine

I have been taking Levothyroxine for a couple weeks now. I had my TSH levels at 11. This diagnosis is completely new, and I feel much better with the pills.

However, I still feel that I am infested by a parasite or have candida. and have had these symptoms for years. I started taking Clarkia today, and I am continuing to take my levothyroxine.. Will this have a negative effect on me? Does anyone know or have experience with this? I am curious and thought I'd ask here before I bother my doctor who has no desire to discuss parasites or any other possibilities..probably out of fear that if found, i'd have no symptoms and would no longer require the services...
