Re: Does a salt push work the same way as a salt water flush?

I was looking at the amounts of salt for each, and the salt loading uses half as much salt. The salt flush is supposedly the same salinity as your blood, thus is not absorbed into your bloodstream. I take it that in salt loading, it has to enter your bloodstream to grab and remove the bromine, so I can see how they are different.

I did one and it cleared my brain fog a little. Will try a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow to start my day by cleaning my "insides" and salt loading later in the day to help clean my blood.

I really think the Iodine and borax are killing loads of parasites along with everything else, so I'm getting detox and die off, though I'm doing very low dosages. Oh well, better out than in!
