Ebay has lots of pharma grade citric acid...I bought one from germany. NOW sells it too

KCL, I remember newport said NOW is okay to use, again lots of stuff on ebay.

Salt wise, I'm still using Bobs Red Mill though I know it's not optimal. I found no online seller of "pickling salt" in the EU...I will go with pharma grade NACL from ebay.

For ascorbic acid, I'll use up my bottle from NOW. I think the last I heard this one is best
