Ok but you have mentioned most citric acid is polluted with mercury. I'm having a hard time discerning what is quality as these byproducts are obviously not listed on the bag. Called a few wine shops and all they can tell me is it came from china. Seems its either from china or the USA, not sure which is the best of that haha.
