Just after a week of being clean, stop the silver until you need it! Don't take the silver daily unless you have an issues to take care of- taking the silver just to keep clean is not a good idea! its like taking meds after the issue has been fixed. This is how my family uses silver- only when needed and then after a few days of no issues stop the silver. Tweet
