Interesting that you're not herxing from the meds. Have you killed tapes first? These give you the major herxing typically.
I noticed sweating during eating. It started 7 months ago and have no idea what's causing it. It doesn't matter what I eat, but as soon as I start, I begin to sweat. I don't have your other symptoms.
