Actually, I believe that Clark recommended 7 minutes 3 time with 20 minutes between.
I now believe that this is correct. From microscopic observation, at 3,4,5,6 minutes, there are still living microbes, but by the end of 7 minutes, there are few left. Those that are left appear to be immune or resistant to a particular frequency. Changing frequency and running another 7 gets most of what appears to be left.

Yes, many pathogens are very frequency sensitive. I noticed amoeba still alive even 20 minutes after everything else appeared dead or gone at 2500 Hz. I did notice that when the frequency changed, the amoeba reacted momentarily but then went on its way.
BTW, what frequencies are you using for Wolbachia?
