Healing imuran and cyclosporine maybe both imunnosuppresents... But there different types of immunosuppresents... You could easily clear up on imuran after 2 months if your body reacts to it correctly.. both my 2 derms and immunologist have said just cause one immunosuppresent does.t work does not mean another immunosuppresnt won't work.. many people with auto immune disease go through trial and error with many different classes of drugs some work for some and others it doesn't work.. we won't know if imuran is the answer for some of us till a few of us trial it... And in my opinion and research 2-3 months isn't long enough some people with chronic flares in both auto immune and chronic skin conditions didn't see results till after the 6 month period... In saying that its promiseing that the Asian lady only took it for 3 months then stopped and is still 95% in remission after 12 weeks of being off the drug..
