E. Histolytica, again! symptoms help!!

SO for the second time, I have been diagnosed with amebiasis. Last year after returning from Cuba I was tested positive for E. Histolytica, put on Flagyl and ONLY Flagyl, and obviously it came back.

This time around, my symptoms seem worse. I have looked at online resources, and some of my symptoms are not on the official symptom list, should I be worried? Or are my symptoms common with a parasite infection? Please help, It's scaring me.

My symptoms are:
1. diarrhea
2. constipation
3. extreme gas
4. abdominal pain
5. EXTREME fatigue
6. dizziness/disequilibrium
7. muscle pain/aches
8. Joint pain
9. Brain fog
10. difficulty concentrating
11. stiff neck
12. blurry/foggy vision
13. eye fatigue and dryness
14. anxiety and depression
15. frequent dull headache
16. occasional fever

I don't know who else to ask, but I'm afraid that some of my symptoms could mean something worse?
