Good info, thank you. I never had any mercury fillings, I got mercury in me because I played with it (broken thermometer) when I was a kid.

I tried ALA recently, but got very emotional, very dark thoughts, couldn't sleep because of the dark thoughts! So I decided that I'm going to let the Iodine detox me from everything for now. I don't have the emotional, dark thoughts issues on Iodine as long as I take the salt and companions.
