well what does 'hurts' mean? Like pain as if someone punched you, or pain as in upset stomach and diarrhea or something like that?

If its the former, and an actual pain as opposed to indigestion or discomfort than I would STOP the garlic. It can be really irritating to the stomach lining, and gives me really bad insomnia for that reason. While it is probably getting at the candida, I would lower your dose or stop because it is probably also harming your stomach.

I have had a little bit better luck with Tumeric. Its also a whole food that can kill candida, but doesn't quite irritate the stomach as much.

Good luck!! NB really boosted my adrenals and overall health, but I am still fighting my candida.
