hey people,
I'm about 95% sure I have candida. I'm still currently on my NB program.
I'm trying to things things like drinking ginger tea, eat lots of cooked onions and garlic and shallot etc...
As I eat raw garlic cloves though, totally raw, it's not only incredibly hard to do - it hurts my stomach like, BAD.
I'm wondering, do you think it:
- hurts me, period.
- hurts the candida or wtvr my body is fighting right now.
Basically, good or bad ? Coz I'll take the pain no problem if I know it helps even a tad bit.
