What is this? Scabies? Parasite? Fungus?

I recently lost a lot of weight due to an illness and was able to put on my very old clothes. In the process I put on a very old pair of underware and two hours later I felt itchy. I then touched my face and my face tingled and felt itchy the next day. Then I touched my eye and my eye has been hurting.

During the two week since this I feel like I have strange bugs in my bed crawling on my skin. My eye still hurts and my initial crotch itch kills me, especially my urethra. Today I noticed that I have cracks on the sides of my mouth and a stiff neck.

Worst part is I have a 6 month old baby and I'm constantly holding and kissing her. I see she has it too now as she keeps sucking on her lower lips because it is all chaffed. She is crying a lot more, suddenly hard to smile, and refusing naps (this baby loves to sleep and always naps.) I also see some gunk in her eye. I feel horrible for giving her this as she seems like she's in pain.

This has to be a parasite of some sort. I feel it crawling all over my body in bed every night. It's vicious and bizarre.

Any clue what this is it how to rid???
