Re: Medicene at gunpoint...
Can appreciate your sentiment Texcen. There are a lot of obstacles to be realized in a people collectively acting to take back what was once theirs (call "it" whatever you wish - country, sovereignty, normal life free of government control, .....). then again, before most of us even had a country to lose in the first place, there was an entire nation and culture of natives separated from their country to make room for what we know as ours...... so perhaps a bit of what goes aroudn comes around? Either way, the precedent for people ridding defective government (redress) is actually written into the original Constitution, but over the years it's been largely ignorred, forgotten and more recently usurped. Heading the top of such a list seems to be that we collectively have no role models of recent memory to speak of. There was a golden opportunity for some to make themselves known with the way election 00 culminated, but america, collectively, hardly even blinked before resuming their slumbers. Same thing post 911. Waco?... not even a blink. Likewise OK City, Bosnia, Lybia, and Ruby Ridge, and it (lack of response) gets even worse the further back in history one goes - JFK, MLK, VietNam, Pearl Harbor, the entire disgusting reign of the despicable character lovingly known as fdr, Lusitania/WW1/failed LeagueOfNations, fed reserve act 1913, on and on and on it goes all the way back to the fomented war that pitted North V South, murder of Lincoln and subsequent 14th Amendment citizen slaves being created as state-granted-privilege to provide some company to black slaves. Where were our role models? What we have instead is a lot of distorted, hidden and substitute (make believe) history spanning the past 200-plus years, more recently followed by approximately 60 years of evolving government-based education doing a bang up job of ensuring americans were not legitimately taught the real facts of their history. People are fond of saying "what you don't know won't hurt you", which certainly may applly in some cases, but to the contrary, when it comes to americans and their history........ need more be said?
As to the "when?" you asked, it seems as worthy to wonder if?. Be this as it may, lets hope for the best but also plan for the worst, and don't hold your breath in the mean time.....bery bery bad for one's health, but they probably have a pill for that too :)
