Thanks for the feedback. I own several microscopes with up to 1000 x magnification. Actually, I have a fairly decent lab but not enough space to set everything up.

I also have one older video posted on the internet that shows them blowing up.

I also zapped the same water sample under the microscope and observed that the microbes died.

In this experiment, after the zapping, I also took water from the test jar and could not find any living microbes anywhere on the slide at all. I also took a sample from the control jar which showed plenty of free swimming microbes, including bacteria and protozoa.

One interesting comment: I have not had much luck killing amoeba. They seem to react a bit and then go about their way.

I am working on a full video to show the results of my studies including voltage vs time to kill, current vs time to kill, frequency vs time to kill, effect of DC offset, etc. for various microbes. I also have several pure strains of microbes to work with, culture media, culture dishes, incubators, centrifuges, Spectrometers, etc.
