Answers given in the thread are good, but obviously not what the poster was looking for. That happens.

One thing I have learned during my 4-5 years here, is that I cannot please everyone with my posts. Neither of us can; our answers are built on experience, this is not a one size fits all-forum.
What I also have learned is that months, years after a post maybe not approved; someone else finds it very helpful.
