Re: Gradual liver restoration.

Hi, I'm wondering the same thing. I just completed my first Liver Flush and it was very harsh and I felt horrible after. Actually 1 year ago an accupunturist told me I had a weak liver and I shouldn't do the flush. I cleaned up my diet and after several months of feeling better with that, I thought it was finally time to see about this liver flush. To make a long story short I don't think it's for me either, too harsh for my system. I got severely dehydrated from the high dose of magnesium which wipes out every lst bit of fluid in your body it seems, and then had extreme nausea with dry heaves in the morning and all day. Plus a migraine.
One thing I heard is that you can do 1-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1-3 tablespoons of olive oil mixed daily on an empty stomach as a mini-flush. I have also been doing coffee enemas with success. I take dr christophers liver formula daily along with milk thistle and dandelion root capsules and tea. I also just purchased dr Cabot's liver book but I have not tried her supplement Livatone yet. Would love to share more ideas with you or hear ideas from others, I am looking for the same thing. Thanks
