I've been on it for almost a year and I think it works well. It takes a while to get rid of the infection. I still don't think i'm there but am a lot better than when I started. Your reactions could be leaky gut related, because of the holes formed by the candida roots digging in. The holes remain until you heal them. Plan on it taking a while to cure yourself. Even if you do everything right, it is at least a 6 month process, but I read many that took a lot longer.
