You must eliminate the brown rice and the corn tortillas to progress. Do an effort and keep yourself with vegetables, proteins, and good fat for a while. Then, you will remember my advice.

Wow...Thats terrible. Hang in there, Luckily you found out Nystatin isnt for you quite quickly. How did you get a mold infection?

My Natureo doc had me take the stool test, and it said I have Candida yeast. The sensitivity test showed Nystatin was effective, in addition to other Naturual Anti Fungals.

But after three weeks, my Fungus became resistant to the nystatin. And I know the difference between die-off and worsening symptoms. So I stopped.

I may have a non-Candida Albicans strain? And now even with a more strict diet of no carbs, tons of antifungals, my symptoms are comming back in full force. In prior posts it has been stated as Nystatin Rebound. Where Candida comes back as soon as you stop or lower the dose.

Im sure some have got results with Nystatin..
But it has been a big failure for me.
Im sticking to naturual antifungals, they dont have side effects and come back even worse.
