Yes, I do the night shifts as well occationally. Keeping the rytm of the eating / supplementing helps. That means no eating at the night shifts in my case. Also see the sun / daylight. In the winter it is worse for me, as it is dark most of the time up here in the north.

If tired a spike of Iodine (half a gram or so), coconut oil, coffee, + cayenne is a shortcut to energy.
The C; I wouldnt miss it; the adrenals depend on them.
Check out the aldosterone; related to salt, magnesium, zinc, copper. I had insomnia for so many years...
