Magnesium!!!
-especially if you are sound sensitive. I was, now alot better after long time supplementing magnesium.

Daily hikes helps too, sometimes jogging but usually just walking outside. Take the stress down to zero.

Salt is calming; I take some, morning and right before bedtime.
