If your diet is poor, that makes candida more likely. Again, food allergies could be another problem.

Naturopaths can be expensive and won't necessarily cure you (in my experience anyway), but at the very least, they could help you get your diet firmly on track. They could also give you some helpful supplements and/or cleansing protocols, all of which could help your digestive problems if not other symptoms (since many problems are linked to digestion). Tweet
