Clarification Regarding ARL vs TEI
I haven't really kept up with the postings in this group.
Going through these recent posts, it seems like there's some animosity between the ARL followers and TEI followers. First of all, I doubt that anyone has all the answers. Some people have good results with ARL, and some people have good results with TEI.
That being said, can somebody make a clear list of the differences between the different approaches? From what I can gather, some of the controversial aspects are whether or not to give calcium if hair calcium is high, and whether or not to do coffee enemas. People have mentioned that the four lows protocol is different for ARL and TEI. Also, TEI doesn't seem to place as much emphasis on copper toxicity.
If anybody else can add to this list, it would be a great resource for those of us trying to figure out which route to take. Thanks!
